Voyager and Anduril Formalize a Strategic Partnership Across Missile Defense and Advanced Weapons Programs

Sep 29, 2026 (PRISM News via COMTEX) --
Voyager Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VOYG), the Denver-based defense and space technology company, announced on September 29, 2026 a strategic partnership with Anduril Industries to accelerate the development, testing, qualification and production of critical technologies for advanced U.S. weapon systems and missile defense. The agreement formalizes work the two companies are already doing together and sets up a shared pipeline of additional programs to pursue.

What the Partnership Covers

According to the release, Anduril and Voyager already collaborate on multiple strategic weapons programs, including some of the Department of War's highest priority initiatives. To date, Voyager is contracted to supply more than $60 million of critical technologies to Anduril for those programs, including solid rocket motors, divert and attitude control systems, and other advanced capabilities.

The partnership places a shared focus on manufacturing as programs move toward long-term, high-rate production. The companies say they are drawing on a combined billions of dollars of investment in testing and production infrastructure to deliver systems at scale. The release does not assign a value to future programs or give a timeline for reaching high-rate production.

"This strategic partnership with Voyager lets us build on work we've already proven together," said Palmer Luckey, Founder of Anduril.

Where Production Would Scale

Both companies operate in Southern California, which the release says keeps their engineering and development teams in close proximity for faster design, integration and prototyping. Construction is underway on Anduril's 1.18 million square foot campus in Long Beach, which is on track to open in 2027 and adds to production lines already running at its Arsenal-1 facility in Columbus, Ohio.

On Voyager's side, the American Defense Complex being developed in Pueblo, Colorado is intended to handle design, testing, qualification and high-rate production. When fully scaled, the company expects it to support approximately 15,000 to 20,000 propulsion systems per month across its portfolio. "We've invested more than $500 million in propulsion, energetics and manufacturing capacity to be ready for exactly this moment," said Matt Magana, president of Space, Defense and National Security at Voyager.

Recent Results and New Funding

In the second quarter of 2026, Voyager reported record revenue of $52.7 million, up 51% from the first quarter, along with record bookings of $113.0 million for a 2.1x book-to-bill ratio and record backlog of $335.5 million. The company reported $84.3 million in awards tied to the Golden Dome missile defense initiative during the quarter and completed its acquisition of Astrobotic. It raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $275 million to $305 million, representing 66% to 84% growth over the prior year.

The company remains unprofitable as it builds out capacity. Second quarter net loss was $46.5 million, or $0.79 per share, and adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $37.5 million, which the company attributed primarily to scaling its Starlab commercial space station program and other growth investments.

One day before the Anduril announcement, Voyager completed a $402.5 million offering of 0% convertible senior notes due October 15, 2032, including $52.5 million from the initial purchasers' full exercise of their option. Net proceeds were approximately $391.6 million, of which about $52.5 million is going toward capped call transactions and the remainder toward general corporate purposes.
