Early design insights from One Click LCA helped AECOM show lower-carbon options before detailed plans were ready.
MONTREAL, Sept. 22, 2026 /CNW/ -- The City of Montr(EQNX::eacute)al launched a project to redevelop a major transportation corridor and surrounding district with a clear vision: create a low carbon, climate-resilient neighborhood. The City needed to compare early design concepts before detailed designs were available. AECOM(EQNX::nobreakspace)was tasked with providing whole-life carbon insights to support climate-aligned decisions, and used One Click LCA's Carbon Designer 3D(EQNX::nobreakspace)to estimate material quantities from early models, rapidly test scenarios, and assess impact in one streamlined workflow.
