Digi Power X Inc. ("Digipower X" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:DGXX)(TSXV:DGX), a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company focused on the deployment of Tier-3 modular data centers powered by owned and controlled energy assets, is pleased to announce that it will be uplisting to Cboe Canada ("Cboe Canada") effective at market open on February 27, 2026. Following the uplisting from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to Cboe Canada, the Company's subordinate voting shares (the "Shares") will continue to trade under the symbol "DGX" on Cboe Canada, and the Shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq and trade under the symbol "DGXX". The Company will remain a "reporting issuer" under applicable Canadian securities laws through the transition from the TSXV to Cboe Canada.

Following the uplisting to Cboe Canada, the Shares will no longer trade on the TSXV and will be voluntarily delisted from the TSXV, effective as of close of market on February 26, 2026. Shareholders are not required to take any further action in connection with the Cboe Canada listing.
