This innovation, combined with Ottonomy's autonomous Ottobot robots, eliminates the need for medical personnel to spend valuable time on routine deliveries.

Staff place lab specimens into nearby Arrive Points, which signal an Ottobot to retrieve and deliver the items to their destination. Medical staff are notified when deliveries are ready, ensuring items remain secure and at the proper temperature until collected.

Clara Quakenbush, a medical assistant at the Cancer Center, shared how the system has already transformed her workflow. "I used to spend 90 minutes a day walking specimens to the lab. Now, the robots handle it, giving me more time with patients."
