(NASDAQ: SDST), an American developer of battery-grade lithium products. The offering included 21,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $0.20 per share. Stardust Power has also granted Aegis a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,225,000 shares to cover over-allotments, which could bring total gross proceeds to approximately $4.9 million.
